I know some of you might be a little shocked by the fact that I’ve actually uploaded a new mix so soon after Recording in Progress; I know I am, but I do like to keep myself on my toes 🙂

This mix started life as a compilation of vocal tracks for me and mini me to listen to in the car, both sharing a love of music, but with my, shall we say, dislike, for the manufactured pop that is slowly permeating everything here, I needed to find something we could both listen to (and enjoy) – so a load of vocal tracks in the mix seemed like a logical thing (from my point of view – mini me may not be so thrilled about me launching the 1D disc from the car – I’m classing this as a life lesson…).

Anyway, what started life as just a bunch of tracks, with said vocals, took on a bit of a life of its own, and with a few tweaks to the track list, we’ve ended up with this mix. Really, really, really nice vocal tracks. Each one with a story to tell, and if you’re so inclined, you can probably weave a whole tale from the track list.

The only exception to this rule, is the last track, as this uses a very small sample, rather than a complete vocal. The reason it’s here? Because that’s where the story took me 🙂 Enjoy, and if you’re so inclined, leave me some feedback or share on Facebook/Twitter.
