Oh hell yeah, Huston, we have lift off.
Not content with uploading one mix this week, I’ve bust a nut and mixed Pure Vinyl 2 (Guilty Pleasure). If you’d read my previous post (if you haven’t may I kindly suggest you do….) you’ll know I was battling with PV2 and took a break to mix Just 4 Fun. Seems like that did the trick (oh and the new Nick Sentience album dropping through the letter box didn’t do any harm either). For this little ditty, I’ve picked out a load of my favourite hard, energetic, (occasionally trancey) numbers. Hoovers, 303’s and dirty synth’s are all present and correct. They’re accompanied by some pretty heavy kick drums to boot.
